Surya Namaskara means salutation to the SUN GOD. The aspirants pray for getting Energy and Power form the Sun. It is a process of physical exercise mingled with the feelings of spirituality.
One should practice Surya Namaskara preferably early sun rise if not possible it can be practice in the evening also.
Surya Namaskara is an excellent set of asnas which can be done as warming up body before other complex posture asans. Surya Namaskara tone the shape of body and maintian proper weight.
Twelve (12) different postures of physical exercise (asanas) make one round of Surya Namaskara. It is very simple and easy which everyone can do.
