Patients of impure blood often have respiratory problem. Bad breadth and often skin diseases.

Perfect health depends upon perfect circulation. The more active the circulation the more free from obstructions and impurities will be the blood. The blood nourishes the body. The health of the body depends upon the healthful circulation of the blood.

In order to have good blood, we must breathe well.
The influence of pure, fresh air is to cause the blood to circulate healthfully through the system.

Yogasanas helps in a big way to maintain and regulate the circulation of the body and hence protect the body form blood impurities.

A patient suffering form blood impurities can achieve good health and get rid of impurities by following the yoga routine.

Morning:-

1. It is very important for the patient to get up very early in the morning and go for jogging and perform complete surya namaskara exercise in fresh air (park or river side) for 30 minutes.

2. After jogging the patient should take two tea spoon full of pure honey with luke warm water perform Pavanmuktasana (with both legs).

3. Pass morning bowels.

4. Take bath with clean cold water, those who cannot tolerate cold water can mix little warm water.

6. After a rest for 10 minutes perform Pranayama (Moola Bandha, Jalandhra Bandha, Uddiyana bandha and Kalpalabhati )breathing exercise. Pranayama breathing exercise is very important to regularize the blood circulation of the body.

Evening:

Take a fresh water bath again

After passing bowel in empty stomach perform the following yogasanas

1. Pavanmuktasana

2. Lolasana (Utthita Padmasana)

3. Kukkutasana

4. Bakasana

5. Utkatasana

6. Sarvangasana

7. Sheershasana

8. Vrukshasana

 

To avoid

Flesh meats, butter, cheese, rich pastry, spiced foods, and condiments are freely partaken of by both old and young. The blood making organs cannot convert such things into good blood.

Indulging in eating too frequently, and of too large quantities, overtaxes the digestive organs, and produces a feverish state of the system. The blood becomes impure, and then diseases of various kinds follow.

To Do

1. Drink 8 liters of water through out the day.

2. Include fibre like vegetables of 100 gm daily to your lunch.

3. Eat fruits like Apple, guava, pineapple

6. Include , tomato, carrot, beet root in salad and have large quantity to the lunch and dinner.

7. Eat in less quantities and give the body time to digest.
